Vehicle health
Can consistent telemetry and verified workshop outcomes support earlier, more useful maintenance decisions?
Indian automotive deep tech / founded to build
Asphalt Sovereign is developing the measurement and software foundations for vehicle health, connected diagnostics, and a more evidence-led fuel transition.
01 / The thesis
Electrification is one vital pathway. Existing vehicles will still need to be understood, maintained, and responsibly adapted. We are building the tools to measure real operating behavior first, then make better engineering decisions from evidence.
Real operating conditions and measurable signals.
A passive data-acquisition node being developed for controlled bench and vehicle-baseline work.
Local-first telemetry review, data quality screening, engineering rules, and evidence-linked reporting.
Research workflow for simulation, test plans, calibration records, and technical review.
Human-reviewed findings before any vehicle intervention or new claim.
Flagship research programme / Ω
An evidence-led path toward fuel adaptation for existing motorcycles.
The programme begins with a Yamaha R15 V2 research vehicle, passive instrumentation, and a local software pipeline. Alternative-fuel compatibility and any future control system require separate measurement, validation, and safety gates.
Vehicle acquired; research architecture, telemetry contract, bench firmware, and local software prototype documented.
SAN-V1 sensor integration, repeatable raw logs, protected interfaces, and original-data import remain validation targets.
Workshop-backed condition assessment, electrical survey, and measured stock-fuel sessions after safety review.
Blend-response studies and any fuel-only controller would require independent bench proof, protection tests, and engineering approval.
03 / Questions worth measuring
We make the distinction between a working prototype, an open technical question, and a validated result visible at every stage.
Can consistent telemetry and verified workshop outcomes support earlier, more useful maintenance decisions?
How do measured blend, combustion, and operating conditions change the limits of legacy motorcycle systems?
How should useful-life extension, fuel choice, efficiency, and lifecycle effects be compared honestly?
Where can simulation and controlled bench testing reduce uncertainty before a vehicle test?
04 / Founder-led engineering
Wajhudeen founded Asphalt Sovereign around a practical question: what engineering systems could help the vehicles already in use become more measurable, maintainable, and adaptable?
As a mechanical engineering student working across automotive diagnostics, embedded systems, software, and alternative fuels, he is building that answer through a research motorcycle, a data-acquisition programme, and a disciplined validation path.
Pro-engineering evidence. Open to every mobility pathway that stands up to it.
